Returns
Because our products are printed on demand or produced after order placement, we only accept returns for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Manufacturing defects
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at gallery@po-art.com with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
